Must be setup by 11am and stay until 2pm and optionally until 6pm
This is a juried festival and items must be handmade work or techniques. You will be notified of our acceptance of your application within 1-3 weeks after receipt. Submit your application with your Check, Money Order, or fill out this application online and submit payment at www.oldwashingtonstreetfestival.org. Make checks payable to Old Washington Street Festival and mail to:

Applications received after September 1, 2025 will be accepted only if booth space is available, and will not be listed in the festival brochure. Pre-payment of booth fee is required with your application and is non-refundable upon acceptance. The Festival is “Rain or Shine” no packing up before 2:00 pm. NO WHEELED vendor trailers are permitted in the arts/crafts, demonstration, historically appropriate, or non-profit informational areas with the exception of load in and load out. ALL VENDORS must follow the OWSF Guidelines and Policies. Kids booths are only eligible to individuals 18 and younger.
An adult responsible for the child MUST be present at the booth at all times. Booths will be permitted to stay up until the end of Saturday’s festival at 5pm.
